Encryption keys — NoteTakr content is client-side encrypted. We cannot recover lost encryption keys or note content on your behalf.
Account access —For login issues, use the “Forgot password” flow on the sign-in page, or contact your organization admin.
Response time — We aim to respond within 1 business day. Security reports are prioritized.
