Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and never requires a credit card. You can stay on Free as long as you'd like.
What counts as a "map" on the Free plan?
Any saved network topology in NetMapr. Deleted maps free up your quota.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — we're finishing our billing setup. Annual plans at a discount are on the roadmap.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your card will be charged in CAD.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Polar. Bank transfers available for Team plan on request.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
Yes. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything before or after.
Need more than 10 seats?
We work directly with larger teams on custom pricing, SSO, and compliance requirements.
